“What if you could spend less time chasing your business and more time leading it?”

Hi, I’m Jessica. I was built for the founder of Asian Tigers Lane Moving and Storage, around the way they run the business. Dwad shaped us around their priorities, the tools they already use, and the decisions they want to keep.
Each of us is connected to the data our job needs, through approved API connections. I read email and calendar, so the day starts with a clear picture of what needs attention. Louis reads the accounting system: payments recorded, overdue accounts, bills coming due. Harvey works from the sales pipeline and public signals like hiring and expansion news. Mike checks commitments against the records he can see, so loose ends get closed. Rachel interviews the founder and prepares content drafts in their voice, saved for approval.
You can type to us or just talk. We tell you what we know and what still needs checking, and the important calls stay with you.
Your team wouldn’t look like ours. It might be two assistants instead of five, with different names and different jobs, connected to the tools you already run. Dwad designed this team around one founder. Imagine what he could build around you.

Built By An Operator. For Owners.
You work with Dwad Lane, founder of Gaps2Gains. Seven years as a VP at Asian Tigers Mobility taught him what it takes to keep a service business moving.
That’s the starting point here: the work, the people, and the decisions. Then the tools that can help.
You don’t need to become an AI expert to decide whether this is useful.
What Is Grok Bot?
Grok Bot is an app for working with AI assistants that can use connected tools, research information, and carry out tasks. We configure the roles, information, routines, and boundaries for your business. Gaps2Gains is an independent service provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by Grok Bot’s provider.
Can’t I Just Set It Up Myself?
You can. This service is for owners who would rather get help choosing the useful work, organizing the information, checking the results, and maintaining the setup. If a simple setup you can manage yourself is enough, we’ll say so.
Do I Need Five Assistants?
No. We start with the work that matters and use the team size that fits. More assistants and more routines can mean more noise and usage. The five roles above show possibilities, not a mandatory package.
Can It Connect To My Accounting Or CRM?
We check your specific software, permissions, and available connections before including an integration in the scope. Financial views depend on the records available. Missing data is labeled, and the setup does not replace your accountant or financial controls.
How Much Does It Cost?
Setup is quoted for the agreed work. Ongoing care is optional and priced separately. The number of workflows, connections, and custom views affects the quote. Grok Bot subscriptions and other vendor usage charges are separate, with costs discussed before paid work starts.
What About Usage Limits And Reliability?
Grok Bot has provider-controlled allowances and can encounter errors or unavailable connections. We keep routines focused, review the usage information available, and test important workflows. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, exact usage percentages, or that an AI answer will always be correct.
Will It Send Messages Or Publish For Me?
Only within the permissions and approval process agreed with you. We can start with drafts and recommendations so you review work before anything is sent, published, or purchased.
What Happens On The Free Call?
You speak with Dwad for 15 minutes about your business and the work you want help with. We decide whether there’s a useful starting point and what needs checking before a proposal. No technical preparation or commitment required.
