Define the problem, the scope and the decision you need to make.
GapCheck shows where to look. GapMap checks the work, the records and the people behind it. The result is your GainPlan: a practical roadmap that is yours to keep.
US$1,000 to US$5,000 indicative range. Scope, fixed fee and delivery date agreed before paid work begins.

The scope sets the price. Headcount is only part of the picture.
A five-person practice with one workflow needs a different review from a thirty-person firm with several teams and disconnected systems. We agree the workflows, locations, systems, records and people involved before I quote.
A focused GapMap can be planned around 10 business days. The written proposal confirms the interview count, access needed and delivery date for your scope.
The plan follows the evidence.
We agree what to examine, check it with your team, and put the recommendations in order of value, effort and risk.
Define the problem, the scope and the decision you need to make.
Review the records and the real process, including exceptions and repeated work.
Compare the likely value, effort, risk and what your team would need to change.
Do it, get ready, or stop. Your roadmap sets out the priorities, owners and next steps. It is included in GapMap.
The problem, supporting records, risks and next decision sit together. Anything we still need to check is marked clearly.
If, after one revision, you still cannot clearly say do it, get ready, or stop, the GapMap fee you paid comes back and you keep your GainPlan. This covers the clarity of the decision, not savings or financial results.
Applies when included in your signed GapMap agreement. Read the terms.
Choose who carries it out.
There is no obligation to hire me for implementation. Your GainPlan is the roadmap produced by GapMap, not an extra purchase. It is written so your team or another provider can use it.
Use the priorities, responsibilities and 90-day sequence to lead the work internally.
Give another provider your GainPlan as a starting brief for a separately agreed scope.
I can propose the right combination of implementation, connected company information, team training or ongoing improvement. Each proposal defines the outcome, scope, responsibilities and price. Buying more work is optional.
Yes. It gives us a starting picture of the problem, your priorities, budget and timing. If working together looks useful, we clarify the scope before I send a GapMap proposal. Completing GapCheck commits you to nothing.
The work changes with the number of workflows, systems, locations and people involved, and the state of the records. Team size gives context, but does not automatically set your price. You receive a fixed quote before the paid work begins.
No. GapMap is the diagnosis and plan. Implementation, software costs, training and ongoing support are scoped and priced separately if they are worth doing.
We clarify the problem, what solving it could be worth, who needs to be involved and whether a GapMap makes sense. This is a fit and scope conversation, not the paid diagnosis.
GapMap checks ideas against records from your business, conversations with your team and practical constraints. It makes the assumptions and risks visible, rather than treating a plausible answer as a business case.
No. Your GainPlan is yours to keep and use with your team or another provider. If you choose me for implementation within 90 days, the full paid GapMap fee is credited to that work.
No. Enquiry handling and follow-up are often good places to start, but the work can include internal operations, easier access to company knowledge and practical team training. AI, automation and CRM tools are possible ways to achieve the result, not requirements.
Owners and leaders of established businesses with a problem worth solving and the ability to act. Moving companies, clinics, dental practices, property teams and other established small and medium-sized businesses are a particular focus. Smaller teams are welcome. You do not need a technical background.
