What is collected

To see your full GapCheck result, you provide contact details, complete the business-fit questions and give consent. Your answers and details are sent together when you select Get my GapCheck result. Your result is shown after storage is confirmed.

GapCheck answers, your stated priority, name, work email, company, industry, team-size band, main goal, decision-making role, timing, availability of records, indicative GapMap budget, and consent record. Do not submit passwords, customer records, financial account data, health data, or other sensitive operational information.

Why it is used

To show your self-reported process snapshot, assess whether a scoping conversation or GapMap could be useful, and contact you about your enquiry. Qualification uses budget, timing, authority and available records. It does not change your process score. This is a preliminary assessment, not automatic acceptance or rejection for paid work.

Site preferences and measurement

Your theme and text-size choices stay on your device. Submitted details and your result may also be kept in this browser session so you can recover from a failed request or reload. Save or print your result before closing the session. We count page visits and key actions in broad categories, such as LinkedIn or direct visits. These counts do not contain your answers, contact details, full referral URLs, or a visitor identifier. We do not use advertising cookies.

Short-lived, changing hashes of network addresses help limit repeated form requests. These are used for abuse prevention, not to build a visitor profile.

Retention

GapCheck assessment responses are retained for up to 12 months, then removed from the website database and assessment-specific CRM records. Contact details and correspondence needed for an ongoing enquiry or client engagement are handled separately for that purpose. Aggregate counts may be retained without contact details. You may request deletion earlier.

Sharing and processors

Cloudflare hosts the website, stores submissions and provides security and aggregate event counts. HighLevel (LeadConnector) is used for enquiry management and follow-up. Your GapCheck details may be copied into your contact record and an internal follow-up task. If you arrange a call through a HighLevel calendar, booking details are handled there. Google Workspace handles direct email correspondence. Your data is not sold or enrolled in unrelated marketing.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing Dwad Lane. Submitting GapCheck allows follow-up about your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

International visitors

The service is delivered remotely from the Philippines to English-speaking businesses worldwide. Applicable privacy rights are handled according to the visitor's jurisdiction and the service providers involved.
